Best time to workout

fit girlThe best time to workout, depends on you. It depends on what type of person you are, a ‘morning person’ or a ‘night owl’.

Recent research from Canada suggests strength levels increased depending on brain activity levels, and these are different for each person. So if you feel better, more lively, after dark – that is the time for you to exercise. Or, if the early morning dew gets you going, that workout pre breakfast is spot on for you.

Me, I think when ever I can fit it in suits me. Like most of us, time is limited, but making time for regular exercise, whether it be morning, noon or night, is essential.
Move exercise up higher in your to do list
