Live Food – the essential food group

Other than kilojoules, protein, fat, sugars, vitamins, minerals and a wealth of other nutrients in food, there is another greater nutrient only found in live food our bodies crave. That’s the life force of the food – the subtle but powerful energy that surrounds and is stored in all living things. Without it, the food becomes just a collection of chemicals – the plant will not grow, the flowers will not bloom and the fruit will not ripen.

When a food is processed, much of its life force is destroyed. Enzymes contained in the food are destroyed, many of the vitamins/minerals are rendered useless to the body. Pesticides, herbicides, chemicsl fertillizers, cooking foods at a high temperature are some but not all, of the ways a food’s life force is destroyed before it gets to your plate. It’s no wonder we are so often hungry all the time, the poor body is getting nothing of what it really wants!

All live, organic food contains it’s life force – just as nature intended. Eat it and you are transferring the foods life force directly to you.

Include some live food in your diet everyday, with every meal. Lots of raw and fresh fruit and vegetables, eat organic meats as much as you can, and don’t over cook foods. The less you destroy this most nutritious and energy giving nutrient the better.
