Since 1999, I have had the pleasure of helping many people successfully lose weight, develop strong bodies, and feel better about themselves. Over those years I have seen all the diet and exercise fads come and go, and like you, are sick to death of them all. My own experience, and literally thousands of scientific research papers continually prove WEIGHT LOSS to be the result of a simple equation...

The equation however, is the easy bit. The hard bit, and where many who have tried fail, is the doing of the equation - The Process.

bslim provides The Process.

The Process is the application of the following 3 parts; each required and each important.

Part 1. DIET – you affect ENERGY IN through diet.
I strongly endorse and use the IsoWhey Weight Management Program.
The program is holistic in nature with the aim of initiating a healthier lifestyle incorporating healthy eating choices. It is a simple strategy, clinically proven to achieve and sustain a healthy body composition. The program uses an 10-Day intensive phase for rapid weight loss, with a long term solution for maintaining weight loss in its Maintenance Phase.

Part 2. EXERCISE – you affect ENERGY OUT through exercise.
A combination on strength and aerobic fitness training is proven by science to burn fat, strengthen and tone muscle. Exercise also releases "feel good" hormones, reduces stress and boosts mood.
bslim provides the option Group Personal Training or, if this does not suit, the development of your own personal exercise programme.

Part 3. SUPPORT – overcoming poor lifestyle habits which have resulted in your body's present condition, requires support and guidance by a health professional. My most important role and biggest challenge, is to guide and teach a person the successful transition to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Through weekly naturopathic consultations, your accountability encourages and develops your own discipline to change. My encouragement, and continual modification of your programme, ensures success to your challenge.
