We use an averaged flat rate of delivery throught Australia, fixed at $8 AUD.
Please note that we do not charge for handling and packing your order.
We aim to deliver your order to your doorstep within 4-7 business days once payment has been cleared.
Payment by credit card clears immediately and will be shipped the following business day or earlier.
Direct Deposit and cheque orders are subject to clearance.
In the event that your delivery of your order has been delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately.

Please note that Bnatural does not offer refunds on products unless they are faulty or damaged in transit, so we strongly urge you to choose your items carefully and contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions.
So, if you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 14 days and we will happily organise for the goods to be returned/refunded.
